Contact Power were absolutely superb from first call. We needed a generator for a family wedding and Emma was there all along to help and advise us. Nothing was too much trouble from all their team. If you need a generator this is the right company.

We used Contact Power for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Emma. From the start, communication was excellent she was always quick to respond, helpful, and kept us updated throughout.

Not only were they the most competitively priced supplier we found, but the service was outstanding as well. The generator was new, reliable, and performed flawlessly throughout the event, giving us complete peace of mind.

Emma was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process simple and stress-free. We would highly recommend Contact Power to anyone looking for a dependable power solution and great customer service.

We had a fantastic experience working with Emma and the team for our “Big Blue Day” event, which welcomed almost 1,000 visitors.

From the very beginning, Emma at Contact Power was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing advice and support with the generator and cabling setup. Despite us supplying only a very vague site map and making arrangements at short notice, everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

A special thank you to Johnathon and Chris for delivering the generator and taking the time to talk us through the setup on the day — their support was hugely appreciated.

The service was reliable, friendly, and went above and beyond what we expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be booking again for next year’s event.

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Contact Power. From start to finish. Emma in the office helped with all our queries and offered different options for our situation and Jonathan came out to look at our equipment to guide us on the correct power supply to ensure smooth operation. A pleasure to deal with a family business who show up when they say they will & supported us to tailor a solution plan. Thank you both

Amazing service and communication. With just 48 hours notice, Contact power supplied a generator for our festival 'beards fest 25'. It was a challenging install and setup with our venue, but they did everything they could to make it happen!

We will be using contact power for all future events!

Can’t recommend Contact Power enough. Delivered an ultra quiet, ultra efficient generator for a party with all required leads and junction boxes. Allowed the event to run completely smoothly and the generator was so quiet it wasn’t even noticeable..
